The staff was professional, friendly, and responsive. During our stay, we asked for additional blankets, which were brought up to our room while we were on the beach. This hotel is located right in the middle of the shopping area of Philipsburg just across the boardwalk from a beautiful beach on a bay with very calm turquoise water. The area is lively during the day but very quiet at night after the cruise ships leave. The downside of that is many restaurants are closed for dinner. The rooms are large and comfortable with spacious balconies. I really commend the staff who are excellent in every area, friendly and efficient.

The $2 public bus is one street over and we took it to Marigo and Maho Beach. The location is the best, on the beach, great views and in the middle of shopping district. The 4 Junior Suites are beautifully appointed. Their studio style provides a sleeping and living area.
